Pathologist by training with a PhD in Medical Informatics, I’m director associate at the Innovation & Data (I&D) department (Direction of Information System) at AP-HP, the Greater Paris University Hospital, largest hospital entity and first biomedical research center in Europe (https://youtu.be/eJpnrPPErq0; https://www.aphp.fr; https://eds.aphp.fr) and affiliated to the research team LIMICS : “Medical informatics and knowledge engineering for e-health”. My primary areas of research are clinical research informatics, clinical data warehousing, clinical informatics, semantic interoperability (LH7 FHIR, OMOP, CDISC), learning health system. Co-editor of the Clinical Research Informatics section of the International Medical Informatics Association (IMIA) yearbook for 10 years since its creation in 2013. Member of the advisory board of HL7 Vulcan. Past co-chair of IHE Anatomic Pathology; member of DICOM WG26, HL7 France, HL7 Pathology SIG and CDISC France.
