Résumé :

The EHR2EDC project is the continuity of the Innovative Medicines Initiative EHR4CR project (2011-2016) and aims to improve and commercialize a clinical research technology platform (InSite™) enabling a trustworthy re-use of Electronic Health Records (EHRs) data, to improve global research and accelerate access to treatment innovations. This project will deliver:

- Standard mapping and system architecture to develop a new InSite™ platform Service to enable direct data capture from EHRs to Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems
- An education & training program for hospital staff, promote data quality principles and re-use of EHR
- An increase of the number of connected hospitals to support patient recruitment in Europe

Inserm is specifically involved in providing access to FHIR profiles, terminology resources (value sets, mappings) and management tools for these resources.

FHIR profiles are available, after approval from the Consortium, at this adress : https://simplifier.net/EHR2EDC/
